Job summary

Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc. is seeking a customer-facing, performance-driven sales associate who will work directly with customers to understand needs and guide decisions, including financial conversations.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, asking follow-up questions and staying engaged in conversations. The role offers structured training, ongoing coaching, a fast track for advancement, and a compensation package with a monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.

Job Scope

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• asking direct questions
• handling hesitation or rejection
• making outbound calls
• staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

Preferred Experience

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
