Orkin in Lansing, MI is seeking a Sales Inspector to turn drive and people skills into a successful, long-term sales career in pest control.

You will conduct full-home inspections, explain findings, and close sales while managing appointments and documentation with a company-provided iPad. Earn between $80,000 and $100,000 in the first year through base pay plus commission, with uncapped earnings and company vehicle support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to safely use ladders and PPE as required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
