Job summary

Closets by Design Houston North is seeking a adaptable Sales Designer to begin September 14th, 2026. You will handle appointments, build rapport, and assess home organization needs, educating customers on our products and services.

Training is provided with no prior experience required, and a hybrid remote work schedule is offered to fit your close-to-home condition. Receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and a direct path to advancement with pay/bonus increases.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed though a plus.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.
• Coachable candidates who are reliable and self motivated.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
