Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking designers/sales representatives to help clients organize their homes. You can work from home with pre-set appointments delivered near you, and receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

You’ll join a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems, with a flexible, hybrid remote position and a clear path for advancement. Training is paid, and benefits include retirement plans and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 13‑week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
