Rise Financial Group is hiring a Sales Representative & Trainer to drive revenue and lead the sales team. The role blends client acquisition with mentoring new hires, offering uncapped earning potential and growth opportunities.

Requirements include 1+ year B2B sales, coaching/mentorship experience preferred, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is a full-time, in-person role within our Idaho sales area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record.
• Previous coaching or training experience preferred, open to feedback.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset, even under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & lead generation through cold calling, networking and referrals.
• Manage client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Present products, negotiate contracts, close sales and meet KPIs.
• Sell targets and drive revenue growth.
• Master and deliver training programs to the sales team.
• Provide coaching to new hires and junior staff.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs.
• Foster ongoing development within the sales team.
