FLSA Status: Salary, Exempt
Job Summary:
- As the Sales Rep/Service Writer, you will communicate effectively with customers and mechanics to ensure repairs are noted, performed, and quoted appropriately. You will also follow up on missed sales.
- Act as the company's liaison for customer repair inquiries.
- Understand and record customer repair requests on work orders.
- Advise customers on service and wait times.
- Record services needed, parts and labor costs, and customer quotes.
- Determine work schedules and priorities based on workload and personnel skills.
- Collaborate with mechanics on maintenance policies and procedures.
- Perform other relevant duties as they arise.
Pay:
- Hourly plus commission.
- Starting pay based on experience.
- Salary options available for full-time roles.
Hours:
- 8 am-2 pm or 1 pm-6 pm, Monday through Saturday.
- Full-time hours may be available; inquire for details.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years sales experience.
