Join Our Team as a Remote Sales Representative at Oak Grove Financial, LLC

Compensation: Commission Only

This is a genuine work-from-home position for sales professionals. We provide training for all new agents, whether experienced or new to sales.

Responsibilities:

• Assist families by providing information on programs that protect against critical illness or death.
• Work in areas such as Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and Retirement Planning.
• Follow up with responders, schedule appointments, and meet with clients via in-person or video chat.
• Complete electronic applications and paperwork, report to the home office, and participate in ongoing training.
• Note: Our sales reps do no cold calling or prospecting.

Qualifications:

• Possession or willingness to obtain a State Life Insurance License (we offer free pre-licensing classes).

• Preferred experience in sales or customer service, ability to build rapport, proficiency with smartphones and computers/tablets with web camera, and excellent communication skills.
