Compensation Range: Commission Only

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. Whether you are an experienced sales representative or a newbie, we provide training for all new agents.

Description:

• We help protect families financially if they have a loved one become critically ill or pass away.
• Our work is extremely important to the families we serve, who request information about our programs.
• We work in Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and retirement planning for various client needs.

Duties:

• Follow up on responders sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with families in person or via video chat to help find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your numbers to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Our sales reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.
• This is a 100% commission, independent contractor (1099) position.

Qualifications:

• Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License (free pre-licensing class offered).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient with smartphone, computer, or tablet with web camera.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
