Compensation Range: Commission Only. This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. We provide training for all new agents, whether experienced or new to sales.

Description:

• We help protect families financially if they have a loved one become critically ill or pass away.
• We serve families requesting information about our programs, including Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and retirement planning.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on responses sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with families in person or via video chat to help them find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your numbers to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Note: Our sales reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.

Qualifications:

• Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License (we offer free pre-licensing classes).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient with smartphone, computer, or iPad with web camera.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
