This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals, whether experienced or new to sales. We provide training for all new agents.
Description
- We help protect families financially when a loved one becomes critically ill or passes away.
- The services we provide are extremely important to the families we serve, who have requested information about our programs.
- Our focus areas include Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, retirement planning for young clients, and retirement preparation for those nearing retirement.
Duties
- Follow up on responders sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
- Meet with families via in person, phone, or video chat to help find suitable protection plans.
- Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
- Report your sales numbers to the home office.
- Participate in ongoing sales training.
- Note: Our sales reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.
- This is a 100% commission-only, independent contractor (1099) position.

Qualifications
- Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the USA.
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient with smartphone, computer, or tablet.
- Must have a cell phone and a computer or tablet with a webcam.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated.
