Join to apply for the Sales Rep Remote role at Equis Financial.

Compensation Range - Commission Only

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. We provide training for all new agents, whether experienced or new to sales.

Description
  • We help protect families financially in case of critical illness or passing away.
  • Our work is vital to the families we serve, who request information about our programs.
  • We operate in Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and retirement planning for various client needs.
Duties
  • Follow up on responses from potential clients and schedule appointments.
  • Meet with families via in-person, phone, or video chat to find suitable protection plans.
  • Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
  • Report your numbers to the home office.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training.
  • Our reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.
  • This is a 100% commission, independent contractor, 1099 sales position.

Qualifications
  • Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the USA.
  • Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient with smartphone, computer, or tablet.
  • Must have a cell phone and a device with a webcam.
  • Excellent communication skills.
