Work From Home Sales Representative

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. Whether you are experienced or new to sales, we have a training platform to help you succeed from your home office! We also offer a part-time platform for those interested in becoming referring agents.

Job Description

• We help protect families financially in areas such as Equity & Mortgage Protection, Debt Elimination, Infinite Banking, Final Expense, Retirement Planning, and Retirement Preparation.
• We serve families who request information about our programs.

Job Duties

• Follow up with responders sent into our office and schedule appointments. Full-time agents run these appointments; part-time or referring agents may have others do so.
• Connect with families via in-person meetings or video chats to find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your results to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• No cold-calling or prospecting required — we provide leads!
• This is a 100% commission-only, sole proprietor 1099 sales position.

Qualifications

• State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one (we can assist with discounted classes)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the USA
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficient with smartphone, computer, or iPad
• Must have a computer or tablet with a webcam
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated
