Job summary

SCAN Health Plan is hiring for an Integrated Care Delivery Sales role in the United States. The position involves achieving enrollment and retention goals by engaging with assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities, and by building strong relationships with members and their families.

You will travel 50%+ in the assigned area, collaborate with clinical teams, and stay current on Medicare/Medi-Cal and SCAN benefits.

Qualifications

  • Health Insurance Producer License required by the hire date.
  • 3+ years of experience in Long Term Care communities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to deliver impactful presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve member enrollment and retention goals by developing sales opportunities and building relationships with prospective members, existing members, and their families.
  • Partner with clinical teammates to enable a seamless member experience.
  • Initiate and execute sales presentations, community events, and resident activities to support enrollment goals.
  • Collaborate with clinical teammates to optimize results and communicate with communities, families, and members.
  • Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal and SCAN benefits and complete required trainings.

Partner with clinical teammates to enable a seamless member experience.You WillBuild and maintain productive relationships with leadership and key stakeholders in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Facilities.Initiate and execute on opportunities for sales presentations, community events, and other resident activities within assigned communities to support individual and team enrollment goals. Collaborate with clinical teammates to optimize results.Promote member retention by resolving inquiries and proactively communicating with communities, clinical team, family members and current members.Adhere to production goals and performance standards.
