Position: Sales Representative MOD
Main Responsibilities
  • Identify sales opportunities through customer contacts and industry insights.
  • Prepare and communicate documentation for prospective clients.
  • Manage existing accounts and focus on business growth.
  • Negotiate favorable contract terms.
  • Analyze customer needs and promote suitable products and services.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints satisfactorily.
  • Prepare sales estimates and maintain customer records.
  • Collaborate with building management on maintenance agreements and updates.
  • Utilize competitive data for strategic advantage.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Grow the customer base and manage accounts receivable.
  • Develop and implement negotiation and sales strategies.
  • Align sales activities with company financial goals.
  • Participate in professional development programs.
Salary Range

Expected salary: $81,000 - $101,200, depending on experience.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
  • 5-7 years of technical B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, SAP preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
