Position Responsibilities:

• Leads the team that is growing and expanding the English Caribbean Enterprise Segment.
• Plays a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing AWS customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving cloud adoption, and maximizing revenue growth within assigned accounts.
• Acts as the primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across technical and business functions.
• Develops deep understanding of customers' business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements.
• Engages in regular customer reviews, planning sessions, and strategic discussions.

Position Requirements:

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• One year of experience in the following skills: selling cloud solutions at a technology company, working with and presenting to C-level executives, experience as a quota-carrying technology field sales individual or business development professional, experience coordinating multiple members of a sales team, and experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects with Enterprise organizations.
• Domestic and/or international travel up to 50% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
• 100% telecommuting permitted; work may be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
