About the Role

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our unique platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on client interactions and less on lead hunting.
• Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Sales Presentation: Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service. Conduct regular follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.
• Sales Reporting: Keep precise and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for management review.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.

Compensation

• Range is based on the average rep in current markets
• Bonuses, are performance based and paid every month on the 15th
• Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the clients sale.
