• Work with top-rated carriers offering Living Benefit protection, making closing deals easier and stress-free. Focus on helping clients in a low-pressure environment.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18+, a legal U.S. resident, and have or be willing to obtain a state life insurance license (we assist with licensing process).
• Clean criminal background (background check with fingerprinting required).

Additional Qualities:

• Ability to build rapport over phone/virtually, ethical, self-disciplined, trustworthy, growth mindset, performance-driven, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, teachable, honest, personable, with integrity and a passion for educating clients.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Commission levels vary between 70%-140% of annual premium written. Average commissions per sale are $750, with agents earning $35,000-$50,000 part-time or $100,000-$250,000+ full-time annually.
