Closets by Design is seeking designers/sales representatives who are people-oriented and creative. You can help clients organize their homes while enjoying the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments near your locale.

Training is provided; no prior design experience is necessary. This franchise is independently owned and operated, with the opportunity for advancement and a hybrid remote work setup to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or design experience is required.
• Growth-mindset and coachable attitude are essential.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (leads provided).
• Build rapport to understand client organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.

• Follow training and use communication skills to help residential customers.

You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home. We provide pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

A Day In The Life

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

Requirements

• No degree, certification, or design experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Available full week for training October 19th-23rd, 2026.
