Responsibilities
  1. Call on accounts and cover daily routes with an efficient routing pattern.
  2. Analyze account base, visit accounts, identify opportunities, and ensure compliance.
  3. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, including new products, placements, resets, and promotions.
  4. Maintain product levels, restock shelves, and educate staff on brands.
  5. Manage receivables, process credits/returns, and address customer issues.
  6. Achieve sales and merchandising objectives, strategize to meet goals, and ensure brand visibility.
  7. Support account openings and participate in sales calls and blitzes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years in sales
  • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation software
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Must be at least 21 years old
Physical Requirements
  • Stand, sit, talk, hear, use hands, reach overhead, squat, and lift 45-65 pounds
