Lincoln Tech's Allentown, PA campus is seeking an Admissions Sales Representative to drive enrollment growth in skilled trades programs. You will build relationships with prospective students and families, conduct compelling presentations, and guide applicants from first contact to program start.

This full-time role emphasizes consultative selling, meeting monthly enrollment targets, and representing Lincoln Tech at job fairs and community events.

Qualifications

• Sales/recruitment experience in education or similar field.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Experience in education sales or B2C sales preferred.
• Willingness to take coaching and apply feedback.
• Comfortable using technology and tools effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
