Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Allentown, PA is seeking an Admissions Sales Representative to drive enrollment growth across skilled trades programs. You will identify, engage, and enroll prospective students through relationship building and consultative selling.

You will guide prospects throughout the enrollment journey, from initial contact to program start, while representing Lincoln Tech at local events and fairs. This role emphasizes coaching, tech-savviness, and strong communication to meet monthly

Qualifications

• Sales, recruitment, and education sales experience.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Experience in education sales or B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to take and implement coaching.
• Comfortable with technology and ability to use effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Conduct compelling presentations about Lincoln Tech programs and career outcomes.
