With great growth comes great opportunity. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Four Seasons Sunrooms & Windows sales team as a Sales Representative.
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join in Holbrook, New York.
We are one of the nations largest suppliers of outdoor living space materials. Including, enclosures, screens, screen rooms, LRP, patio covers, pergolas and windows & doors. Four Seasons is a solid, growth- driven company delivering quality products. Through over 20 locations across the US, we serve contractors with their building products needs.
Due to tremendous consumer demand, we are experiencing growth and we have an exciting opportunity that will allow you to earn a base training pay plus commission.
Responsibilities
Superior product knowledge and independent creativity
Customer-focused with ability to translate customer desires and financial constraints to product designs
Successful in building and expanding a sales territory
Understanding and success in generating sales leads
Ability to build strong relationships
Great communication skills including listening and presentation skills
Previous sales experience
Self-motivated and driven to set and achieve targets
Specific Duties Include
Scheduling appointments and visiting existing customers/contractors to review product needs and determining opportunities.
Opening new accounts.
Attending trade shows conferences (as applicable).
Liaising between customers and company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product launches.
Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures, and tools by attending departmental meetings.
Educate and train customers on product offering, installation, sales, and best business practices.
Qualifications
Product experience in customer facing role, or relatable experience with another company working with contractors, builders or other similar customer types.
Experience selling direct to consumer is a plus.
Good organizational skills (multi-tasking) and good communication skills (customer interaction)
Contract negotiation
Home Improvement Experience Is a Plus But Not Required
