Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring a Metro by T-Mobile Sales Representative to promote and sell Metro products in-store. You will engage customers daily, explain plan options, and help close sales in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes energetic, customer-focused service, with compensation including base pay plus commission and benefits as part of a growing team. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a dynamic company.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Metro by T-Mobile products in the store and engage customers daily.
• Be a part of a high-energy, fast-paced sales team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Drive base salary plus commission with an average hourly earnings around $15+.
