Qualifications

• Strong selling and negotiation skills are required.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Cover sales routes of Sales Representatives and Portfolio Managers across the territory.
• Maintain call frequency standards and input data into the system.
• Assist with selling-in trade solutions, sampling activations, and POCM placement.
• Implement sales performance measures using brand priorities.
• Make daily decisions on retail inventory using sales history and data tools.
• Manage in-store inventory for expiration and freshness.
• Promote and build brand awareness of the portfolio.
• Execute events and promotional activities, including evenings and weekends.
• Review account analyses to ensure top performance for accounts.
• Establish and supervise quality control standards across departments.
• Improve velocity by building displays and driving distribution.
• Build and maintain product displays and negotiate terms to close sales.
• Install POS items in retail accounts and assist in POS warehouse upkeep.
