Role Description

The Sales Relief role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lancaster, NY. This role supports the sales team by covering assigned territories when regular representatives are unavailable, ensuring consistent service to retail accounts.

Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting customer locations, merchandising products, executing promotional programs, replenishing stock, and maintaining product visibility and brand standards. The Sales Relief team member will build and maintain relationships with accounts, communicate product information, and identify sales opportunities. The role may also assist with delivery coordination, in-store events, and basic reporting on sales activities and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with retail partners and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management capabilities to support territory coverage, drive volume, and execute promotions.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to help onboard new accounts, educate customers on products, and support team development.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to meet company vehicle requirements.
• Ability to lift and move beverage cases and merchandising materials as needed.
• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
• Prior experience in beverage distribution, consumer packaged goods, or retail sales is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
