Engineering Services & Products Company (ESAPCO) is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support both sales and recruitment efforts. You will work closely with the Sales team and management to manage customer data in Epicor ERP and HubSpot CRM, provide pricing information, and help prepare reports.

• Associate degree or 1–2 years in sales support, customer service, recruiting, or related admin role preferred.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team and Sales Managers with pricing information and data.
• Prepare sales reports and track canceled orders.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address questions.
• Provide recruiting support and source candidates through various platforms.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Communicate with team to support sales initiatives and recruiting efforts.
