Job summary

D1 Training - East Wichita is looking for a high-energy recruiter to join our Recruiting team. You will make incoming and outbound calls, book free trial workouts, and sell D1 products and services in a fast-paced sales environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in sales and customer service, preferably in fitness, and possess the ability to tailor programs to client goals while maintaining regular contact and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with strong communication and closing skills.
• 1+ years in sales and 1+ years in a customer service setting.
• Experience in fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls daily to leads with speed to contact.
• Nurture leads through the sales process.
• Log and manage client notes and contacts accurately.
• Prescribe and sell the right service based on client needs and goals.

Job Summary

High energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.

Responsibilities

Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact

Nurturing leads through the sales process.

Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.

Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.

Qualifications

Must be a high-energy individual.

Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
