Clinic Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri-Sat 8:30am-5pm

Position Summary:

We are hiring a full-time Sales Receptionist for our Kansas City (Overland Park), KS location. You will greet and welcome clients, provide excellent customer service, build relationships to ensure client satisfaction, and work with our staff to achieve monthly sales goals through upselling services and promotions. You will also perform administrative duties to support the Sales Manager in managing daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and maintain client records.
• Assist in achieving sales goals through upselling and relationship building.
• Support the Sales Manager with follow-up calls, promotions, and clinic needs.
• Handle financial transactions and perform opening/closing duties.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
