Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Dubuque, IA is seeking a full-time Sales Receptionist to greet clients, schedule appointments, and support medical staff. You will engage with clients to enhance their satisfaction and build lasting relationships throughout their experience with Milan.

Oversee front desk operations, answer calls, maintain client records, and assist with treatment room upkeep while collaborating with the clinic team to achieve monthly sales goals. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Position Summary:

With our continued growth and success, we are excited to hire a full-time Sales Receptionist to be a part of our dynamic team in Dubuque, IA. As the Sales Receptionist, you will engage with clients to enhance their satisfaction and build lasting relationships throughout their experience with Milan. Oversee all administrative and front desk operations, which include answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments. Assist medical staff with the maintenance of treatment rooms. Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve monthly sales goals. Complete clinic operational tasks on time.

Responsibilities:
