FASTSIGNS North Orlando is seeking a Sales and Project Coordinator to help customers, manage details, and move signage projects from the first conversation through completion.

You will listen to customer goals, suggest the right visual communication solutions, prepare routine estimates, follow up consistently, and coordinate with design, production, and installation teams. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, or account management experience.
• Project coordination experience is helpful.
• Experience in printing, marketing, signage, or graphics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Ask questions about goals, budget, specifications, and timeline.
• Recommend signage solutions and prepare quotes.
• Coordinate with design, production, installation.
