Job summary

Star Interior Resources is recruiting a Flooring Sales Project Manager in the Phoenix area to oversee flooring projects from inception to billing. You will coordinate with the Sales Executive, customers, vendors, installation teams, and accounting to ensure smooth project delivery.

The role offers a chance to sell flooring products, develop client relationships, and contribute to ongoing company growth within a premium luxury segment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience or commission-based sales.
• Knowledge of flooring products (carpet, tile, laminate, wood, LVP) and ability to learn software (MS Office, CRM).
• 1–2 years Construction Management; overseeing large customer projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication with staff and external resources.
• Self-starter who is motivated, organized, and proactive.
• Creative problem solver in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of flooring projects until completion and final billing.
• Serve as the communications link between Sales Executive, customer, vendors, installers, and accounting.

What You Do:

As a Flooring Sales Project Manager, youassist in all phases of each flooring project until successful completion and final billing and payment in full of the project. The Project Manager will be a communications link between the Sales Executive, customer, vendors, installation subcontractors, installation supervisors and the accounting department. This role will also have the opportunity to sell flooring products.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Sales Experience: Understanding of sales processes and some Commission Based sales (1-2 years)
• Product Knowledge: Flooring products including carpet, tile, laminate, wood, LVP
  :Ability to learn and use a variety of software including MS Office, project management tools and CRM
• Project Management: 1-2 years Construction Management. Experience overseeing large customer projects end-to-end.
• Strong Communication: Professional and able to communicate with all levels of staff and outside resources
• Self-Starter: Motivated, organized, and proactive
• Problem Solver: Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
