Our team helps customers select the right models and accessories for their needs, ensuring a relaxing or invigorating experience.

Job Overview:

Valley Pools is experiencing industry-leading growth and is seeking team members to help us expand. The Sales Professional will focus on exceeding revenue goals and converting leads into customers, providing outstanding service for our hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and other products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Convert leads into sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Sell luxury products focused on health and relaxation.
  • Drive revenue growth by following up promptly with leads across multiple channels (Phone, Text, Email, Social).
  • Monitor KPIs and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies.
  • Assist with merchandising, cleaning, and replenishing the showroom.
  • Work a flexible retail schedule and visit customers’ homes as needed.
  • Work indoors and outdoors for events.

PAY & BENEFITS:

Starting at $15-$16/hour plus commission, with benefits including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement.

  • Ability to lift at least 10 lbs.
