Gallagher Uniform in Battle Creek, MI is looking for a motivated sales professional to grow our uniform and workplace solutions portfolio within a defined territory. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will develop new business, build lasting partnerships with key industries, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close. A valid driver's license is required.

• Sales experience, especially B2B or route sales.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills with hunter mindset.
• Professional, confident communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consultative sales presentations focused on Gallagher Uniform’s customized uniform and workplace solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to close and customer handoff
• Build a portfolio of long-term, recurring-revenue accounts
• Collaborate closely with service and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
