Job summary

You will build relationships, generate referrals, and collaborate with funeral directors to ensure high-quality service, while managing evenings and weekends as needed. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 annually with potential for higher earnings based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must pass the company’s internal presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends every month.
• Must be able to drive frequently.
• Must obtain and maintain an insurance license if required by state law.
• Flexible hours but may require up to 12 hours in a day.
• Must treat others with empathy and respect.
• Knowledge of computers and some software.
• Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting daily to build pipeline.
• Obtain referrals from families served and referred cases.
• Network with community and civic organizations to grow the client base.
• Explain and present funeral and pre-need arrangements to families.
• Build trust-based relationships to earn referrals and protect families.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly in a respectful, professional manner.
