Topsider Building Systems, Inc., designers and fabricators of distinctive high-end, custom post & beam homes with thousands sold and shipped worldwide since 1968, is expanding its inside sales force in Clemmons, NC, near Winston-Salem. We are seeking a career-oriented professional relationship salesperson.

Responsibilities include handling heavy incoming lead volume primarily through phone and email. All sales leads are generated from referrals and our web presence; there is no travel involved.

Qualifications:

  1. Extensive professional relationship sales experience in high-end production home sales, custom building construction, upscale real estate, housing development, post & beam building systems, or prefabrication.
  2. Knowledge of residential construction basics and building materials.
  3. Comfortable working in an office environment primarily via phone and email; many clients may visit in the future.
  4. Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
  5. College degree or equivalent experience.
  6. Well-traveled or familiar with eastern U.S. coastal areas, especially Florida, as many sales are in coastal regions.
