Cleary Building Corp. in WAVERLY, IA is seeking a Sales Professional, Construction to sell our DreamMaker software, monitor construction through completion, and lead in an established territory.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of post-frame construction is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight.
• Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to think on your feet and take initiative.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record are required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Competitive base salary plus lucrative bonus & incentive plans ($65,000 to $200,000+ income achievable for above average performers)
