Job summary

Colder's in Wisconsin is hiring a full-time Furniture Sales Professional to warmly greet customers and guide them to create amazing rooms. You will discuss financing options, close sales, and build lasting relationships with clients.

The role is exempt and commission-based with unlimited earning potential, plus employee ownership through ESOP and robust development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous successful experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required.
• Desire to earn through our training program and commissions.
• Outgoing personality and ability to engage customers.
• Commitment to helping customers with integrity.
• Availability to work every weekend and most holidays.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and discuss wants and needs.
• Help customers design rooms and select furnishings.
• Explain financing and payment plans to customers.
• Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing each day:

• Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs.
• Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.
• Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans.
• Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with their purchase.
• Invite the customer to come back and keep in touch.
• At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
• Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.

What you should know about this role:

• This is a commission-based sales position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance
• Availability to work every weekend and most holidays is required
