Job summary

Group 1 Automotive, Inc. is looking for an Automotive Sales Professional in Pensacola, FL. With our state-of-the-art facilities and supportive environment, you will have the tools and resources to excel and grow in a high-energy sales team.

You will demonstrate vehicles, pursue new customers, and work to maintain top CSI scores while earning a generous compensation package that includes commissions and incentives. A valid driver's license and a professional presence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and basic computer skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare models.
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers.
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards.
