Group 1 Automotive, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. With state-of-the-art facilities and an industry-leading compensation structure, you will have the tools and resources to excel and advance in your career.

You will prospect for new customers daily, demonstrate vehicles, and maintain relationships with prior buyers while striving to achieve personal sales goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory lookups.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate vehicles, explain features and warranties, conduct test drives.
• Prospect daily for new customers and nurture relationships with current buyers.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards.
