Job summary

Big Sandy Superstore is seeking a Retail Sales Professional to join our team of eager sales professionals. You will help guests select home decor, appliances, furniture and bedding to turn houses into comfortable homes, delivering the Superstore Retail Experience.

Qualifications

Qualities and skills we are looking for:

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Prior experience using Windows-based computer programs
• Basic reading and comprehension skills
• Basic numerical reasoning skills
• Ability to complete paperwork in an accurate, neat and efficient manner

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly
• Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous demonstrated experience in a customer satisfaction environment preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
