Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer satisfaction environment preferred.

• Able to work retail shifts and use basic Windows programs.
• Able to complete paperwork accurately and neatly.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting furniture, appliances, bedding and decor.
• Drive sales and deliver the Superstore Retail Experience.
• Maintain accurate forms and POS transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Support integrity of store operations and merchandising.
