Job summary

Rooms To Go in Duluth, GA is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate. You will greet customers, uncover home-furnishings needs, and drive sales via consultative conversations while building lasting rapport. You will explain financing and protection options, present value, and collaborate with the team to hit targets.

Pay ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on commission and location, with top-tier training and an industry-leading benefits package available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use current electronic devices such as tablets and touch screens.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Anyone who has experience working directly with customers can be successful selling furniture at Rooms To Go, including servers, bartenders, retail salespeople, real estate professionals, flight attendants and anyone else in a service role.

What we are looking for:

• Team player, driven and motivated to succeed
• Great listener with a positive attitude and an outgoing personality
• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule is required, which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

As a full time Retail Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities are:

Pay averages around $70,000 - $100,000 / year based on amount of commission and position location.
