Position Title: Sales Process and System Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Process and System Optimization Specialist to enhance our sales workflows and optimize the efficiency of our sales systems. This role will focus on analyzing, designing, and implementing improvements in sales processes and technology platforms to drive productivity, improve data accuracy, and support scalable growth. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales leadership, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption of sales tools.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Improvement
    • Analyze existing sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
    • Develop, document, and implement optimized sales workflows aligned with business goals.
    • Standardize sales procedures across teams to improve consistency and performance.
  • Sales Systems Optimization
    • Manage and optimize sales system requirements and other sales-related systems to enhance usability and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with IT to prioritize initiatives on the system roadmap for the Sales organization.
    • Work with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Data Management and Reporting
    • Ensure data integrity within sales systems through validation, cleansing, and governance initiatives.
    • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to sales teams and management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to align systems and processes.
    • Translate business needs into system requirements and serve as a bridge between technical teams and end-users.
  • Continuous Improvement and Innovation
    • Stay current with emerging sales technologies and best practices to recommend enhancements.
    • Lead initiatives to automate manual tasks and improve overall sales operation efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, process improvement, or systems management roles.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Proven ability to analyze and redesign business processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and influence diverse teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic sales environments.
  • Knowledge of system integration and data management best practices.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Experience with sales compensation and forecasting systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year. Final compensation offered will be based on location, skills, education, experience, and business needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
