Responsibilities

• Move and stage new and pre-owned inventory across the sales lot, keeping vehicles organized and presented to dealership standards.
• Wash, rinse, and prep vehicles for display, test drives, and guest delivery; ensure each car represents the store well.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles for test drives, moving quickly and safely to keep the sales process flowing.
• Support the sales team with vehicle movement throughout the day, staging demo vehicles, pulling sold units, and preparing deliveries.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and organization; keep common areas clear and the presentation sharp.
• Assist with vehicle check-in for new inventory, moving units from transport to lot and proper placement.
• Support sales staff with general lot and delivery tasks to keep operation running at full speed.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• No prior automotive experience required -- we will train the right person from day one
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Physically capable of working on your feet and staying active throughout your shift -- this is an on-the-go, outdoor role in Southern California conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated -- the sales floor depends on you without needing to remind you
• Moves with a sense of urgency -- a lot that runs well makes the whole sales operation run better
