Job summary

Fields Mercedes Benz of Asheville is looking for energetic team members to join our dealership and deliver premium customer service. You will support the sales department with inventory, ensure vehicles are clean, and help maintain the sales lot and operations on site.

Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, be a team player, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean DMV record. Pre-employment background checks are required to join our family-owned, safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions.
• Positive attitude, team player, and professional appearance.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales department with all new and used car inventory, keep cars clean and ready for customers.
• Assist with vehicle transport company deliveries, making sure that there is no damage and that all keys & books are delivered with the vehicles.
• Keep all vehicles on the sales floor clean and plugged into a power source.
• Responsible for the entire sales lot, including customer parking.
• Make sure that debris and trash are removed from all lot areas daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
