Job summary

Suburban Mazda of Farmington Hills is seeking a Sales Porter to support the Sales Desk and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role is onsite in Farmington Hills, MI, with pay up to $17.00/hour based on experience.

The position reports to the Sales Desk Manager and involves vehicle parking, washing, inventory support, and general dealership tasks. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmission (preferred).
• Able to work outdoors and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic technology and mobile apps to support inventory.
• Prior dealership porter/valet/lot experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Park vehicles in assigned areas in an organized manner.
• Wash vehicles thoroughly.
• Respond to delivery pages immediately.
• Protect vehicle appearance with seat covers, floor mats, and wheel covers as needed.
• Catalog and store vehicle keys.
• Assist Merchandising Manager with displaying current vehicle pricing information.
• Keep the lot clean and debris-free.
• Maintain license plates and lock-box keys.
• Run errands for the store.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Park vehicles in assigned areas in an organized manner.

• Previous dealership, porter, valet, or lot attendant experience is a plus, but not required.
