Job summary

Hoehn Master in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a General Vehicle Support Assistant. Assist with vehicle preparation, keep the used car lot neat, move cars as directed, and maintain display standards. This role supports the used vehicle manager and helps ensure vehicles are clean and ready for sale.

• Add fuel to vehicles as needed.
• Weekly inspection to check that required forms/stickers have been completed and are properly displayed.

SUMMARY

General support to the used car managers. Maintains the facility and inventory in a ready condition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Essential Duties include the following.

• Keeps used vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the used vehicle manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Cleans interior and exterior of used vehicles, including the trunk, glove compartment, tires, windows, etc. as needed.
• Assist with vehicle progression through the reconditioning process
• Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers as directed by management.
• Starts vehicles weekly and reports any problems or concerns.
• Add fuel to vehicles as needed.
• Weekly inspection to check that required forms/stickers (buyer's guide, prop 65, etc) have been completed and are properly displayed.
• Completes all required training and maintains 100% completion
