Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Temple, TX is seeking a motivated Sales Plumber who combines plumbing expertise with strong sales skills to deliver outstanding service and solutions to customers.

In this role, you will perform in-home assessments, present options, close service agreements, and ensure high-quality repairs and installations while upholding the company’s punctuality guarantee and customer-first standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master Plumber preferred).
• Proven experience in residential plumbing service and repair.
• Strong sales aptitude with ability to present options and close service agreements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform in-home plumbing assessments and present customers with service and repair options
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions, upgrades, or replacements
• Build rapport with customers to deliver a consultative, needs-based sales experience
• Complete plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance with quality craftsmanship
• Accurately prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation
• Uphold company standards for punctuality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics
