Qualifications

• Valid Texas Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master Plumber preferred).
• Residential plumbing service and repair experience.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
• Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home plumbing assessments and present customers with service and repair options.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions, upgrades, or replacements.
• Build rapport with customers to deliver a consultative, needs-based sales experience.

• Accurately prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation.

• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
