Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home plumbing assessments and present customers with service and repair options.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions, upgrades, or replacements.
• Build rapport with customers to deliver a consultative, needs-based sales experience.
• Complete plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance with quality craftsmanship.
• Accurately prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation.
